Built on Experience. Grounded in Integrity.
At RLEC Construction Group, we believe quality construction starts with something even more important than craftsmanship — trust.
We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact.
Family-owned and operated since 2007, we proudly serve South Florida with residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation services. Our reputation has been built through hard work, dependable service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Our Story - The Evolution
A New Name. The Same Foundation.
Our journey began in 2007 as Elite Pro Flooring & Remodeling, Inc., with a commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional service. What started with a focus on flooring has evolved into a full-service general contracting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout South Florida.
As our experience, capabilities, and vision grew, we knew it was time for a name that better represented who we are today.
RLEC Construction Group represents the next chapter of our family business. The name comes from the people at the heart of it.
While our name is evolving, our foundation remains unchanged: integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and pride in every project.
We're not just building and renovating spaces. We're building a legacy our family can be proud of.
Leadership Built on Experience
RLEC Construction Group is led by owner and Florida Certified General Contractor Robert Johnson.
In addition to his extensive experience in the construction industry, Robert proudly served more than 23 years with the Pembroke Pines Fire Department, retiring at the rank of Captain. Throughout his career, he held numerous leadership positions and served in disaster response operations both nationally and internationally.
The same principles that guided his career in public service — integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence — continue to shape his approach to construction.
With a hands-on leadership style and a thorough understanding of the trades, Robert takes pride in delivering quality projects, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Under his leadership, RLEC continues to grow while maintaining the personalized service, attention to detail, and core values that have defined the company since 2007.
